Color value

Accepts #rgb, #rgba, #rrggbb, #rrggbbaa, rgb()/rgba(), hsl()/hsla(), and hsv()/hsb(). Out-of-range values are explained, never silently clamped. Hue must be between 0° and 360°; 360° is treated as 0° and negative or larger hues are rejected instead of being wrapped as CSS does.
